The Power of the Gospel part 1 - Children Speak at the Last Class

Every year I ask the children to write down their impressions of the gospel at the end of each year's class.

It is a notification sheet for me.

Now, this year, I got a dossier of such impressions: ❣️

God surely shined His light on each one of them and they shined.

May these seeds bloom someday.

Let us pray again this year!

The following is from the written impressions of children in grades 4-6 who first learned and sang gospel music.

***********************************

Each gospel song has a feeling, a story.

If you want to thank God for a slow song, why not a slow song?

Unlike in Japan, everyone sings and dances freely, so it shines.

The body moves naturally and everyone can enjoy it.

It makes everyone smile.

The melody is good and gets people excited

It is fun to sing with many people, and when someone sings, someone else sings along with them.

Thanks to gospel music, I like singing.

I became interested in foreign songs.

When Japanese people are sad, they have a tendency to have no hope that things will be alright again! I respect them from the bottom of my heart because they were able to turn their sadness into hope.

I will never forget the gospel songs even as an adult!

It means so much and I thank God for it!

I love gospel music more now that I know the meaning of the lyrics.

I want to know more about gospel music

It was good to know that there is such a good gospel song.

It is difficult to express my gratitude to God in words, but singing the song makes me feel happy.

I was able to know the good points that Japanese people don't have.

I was embarrassed to sing the last part of the song, but I got used to it.

Once you get used to it, you can get excited.

I was moved by the lyrics, "God never loses. Because it made me feel that I could blurt out my frustrations and other things in my heart and that I would be free.

I thought English songs would be difficult, but I was surprised it was easier than I thought.

Amen is easy and I can dance whenever and wherever I sing.

I think it is amazing that people in despair can sing such cheerful songs.

It's amazing that the people who created gospel music sang and danced and believed in God's miracles even though they lived a hard life.

I could tell that they were trying to get along with God.

#Gospel for everyone!

#Gospel in school too!

#What the children said.
#God's miracles.
